LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Every package is provided with a tracking number that is emailed to you and notifies you and me when it’s delivered. However, if the package is delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the package as lost to USPS. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer. All bracelets are Made to Order in the size of your choosing on a stretchy cord. Each Bracelet is unique. Please allow for some variation with natural gemstones. All bracelets are made 7” (standard size) Please select the bracelet size ½ inch larger than actual wrist size. Follow instructions below.

SIZING GUIDE:

1. Find a piece of string, ribbon, shoe lace, dental floss-anything bendy!
2. Wrap it around your wrist
3. Mark one full wrap on your “string ruler”
4. Get a real ruler or measuring tape and measure your string
5. The length you come up with, add a half inch for a snug fit or 1 inch for a loose fit.

For example: If your wrist measures between 5.75”- 6.25”, then you would wear a standard size 7” bracelet. Standard is the most commonly sold size. Please remember, the stretch bracelets are designed to move freely around your wrist. Wearing your bracelets too tight can compromise the integrity of the stretch cord.

HOW HEALING CRYSTALS WORK

Crystal healing is an excellent way to harness the energy of crystals and is growing in popularity, as is the use of crystals for energy enhancement. Crystals draw off, or block, negative energy and then replace it with positive vibes. You can either place the crystal on your skin over the site of disease, or blockage, or wear it constantly.

JEWELRY CARE

Our jewelry is meant to be lived in! Always treat your bracelets with care. Avoid contact with chlorine and salt water. Apply perfumes, creams, and other chemicals before wearing. Remove bracelets before sleep or any vigorous activity. When putting on your bracelet, DO NOT stretch it over your hand, instead roll the bracelet down your hand. We recommend you clean your pieces with a soft dry jewelry cloth. Always remember to treat your bracelets gently with care and love.
